HOW TO PREPARE IT




INGREDIENTS

  1. A Cup of cornflour
  2. An Egg
  3. Pepper
  4. Salt
  5. Seasoning Powder

PREPARATIONS 








  • Choose the correct size of tapioca skin and wash until clean.












  • Mix White pepper, flour, salt and chili powder together.







  • Put the egg in the bowl.




  • Dip the tapioca peel in the egg.




  • Dip the tapioca with the mixture.




  • Heat the oil with medium strength of fire.




  • Fry the tapioca skin until it is golden brown.
